Edna (Granny) Clarice Moore passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 surrounded by her daughter, Carolyn and granddaughter, Priscilla. She was 101 years old. Mom was born the daughter of Joel and Thelma (McColgan) Conner, October 31, 1915 in Big City, West Virginia.
Mom was a widow at age 27, with four young children. She worked for General Motors of Dayton, Ohio and also had Child Care Services. She was a volunteer for Goodwill Industries of California, Help Inc. Organization of Beaumont, California and Home Health Provider of San Jacinto, California.
She loved to travel and was always ready to go at a moments notice. She and Dad visited a lot of Indian Reservations and Pow Wows. She said she believed her head was on a swivel stick, because she loved to look and browse at a variety of things. She loved to crochet, sew and quilt. In the last few years she made trips to California and Ohio.
Mom enjoyed her life and her family. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed six generations of family including over 100 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She had a precious dog named Gypsy and later her favorite dog Rocket. He slept with her and when she sat in her lazy chair he would jump up and sit in her lap. Mom really loved Dr. blunk, her eyes would light up every time she saw him.
Mom loved Priscilla, her granddaughter, whom she called her caregiver. She was Mom’s right arm, they were good buddies.
Mom was preceded in death by her parents, Joel and Thelma Conner; her first husband, Roy Moore; second husband, Malcolm; her only son, Roy (Jimmy) Moore; daughter, Anita Moore Hamm Sebastian; grandson, Timothy Riddle, Anthony Martinez and Bruce Hamm; son and daughter-in-laws Clarence Hamm and Sandra Moore.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Rauch of Caldwell, Kansas and Janice (Lester) Turner of Kansas; sister-in-laws Pauline Moore of Nevada and Margie White of Florida; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mommy, I hope you know how much the grandkids and I loved you. Mommy, words can not express how much you were loved and how much we will all miss you. Mom I know you are at peace now and I also know that you had your family reunion in Heaven instead of here on earth. Mommy I will see you again, love you so much.
Cremation has taken place and no service is being planned.

We sure did have a lot of fun traveling around.Going to eat Chinese food...You were always busy,Retiring from Goodwill after15 yrs with them.Loved to read Louis Lamour books.walked every morning around the track and every evening after work.
