May God Bless all of those that are feeling the incredible loss of Richard on Earth. He is remembered by his wit and humor and we are all in shock and deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I cruised many times with Richard, as many of my guests did, and he became a friend. We remember so many great times on board with him, he was always quick with a joke and we are so sorry we won't have him in our lives, it is a great loss, it is tragic. My sincerest condolences, Shelby from SinglesCruise

I was saddened by the news of Richard's death. I am fortunate I was able to spend time visiting with him the last time he was home for CHS Homecoming. Richard was one of my students in third grade. I remember his creativity. He was a smart and very kind student. I will cherish my memories of Richard.

Nancy and family members, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

To Nancy, I grew up with Richard and we went to school together through 8th grade. Even though I moved away, I remember his wit & intelligence though out school, youth group meetings & trips. Years later, my husband & I were able to visit with him while in town & we reconnected on Facebook. We are so sad to see his life end so quickly. He seemed to embrace life & all around him. Our thoughts and prayers with you and your family. - Wendy & Jared Brunton

So sorry to hear of the passing of a good friend. We lost touch after school, but he was a friend of mine during our high school days. I talked to him on facebook and now things won't be the same.

Richard was one of my closest friends. He was the friend that I could call upon for anything that was needed, and he would make it happen. We traveled to several different parts of the world together. I could always count on a new adventure with Richard. He was one of the wittiest, funniest, most complex, and sharpest people I have had the pleasure of being friends with. I can say with certainty that my life and the lives of others he touched will not be the same without him. I shall dearly miss him.

To all of those who have loved and supported my brother throughout his lifetime, I give my blessings to you. My brother was a great man who will be loved and missed greatly by many, friends and family alike. He was my idle. Plain and simple. He rose above the struggles, and succeeded by achieving much in his life. He was great for advice, and my support when I needed it. I will always miss him. In his memory, his legacy will live through all of us that had the pleasure of sharing our lives with him. For all of you who have supported him in his journeys, my family says Thank you, and may God bless you. Dustin.
